At Muscle Mag, we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping across Australia and internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and responsibilities in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Order Processing
    •    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
    •    Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
    •    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Australia

Standard shipping:
    •    Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
    •    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Express shipping (if selected at checkout):
    •    Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination:
    •    Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Muscle Mag.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Weather events
    •    Customs processing
    •    High-volume shipping periods
    •    Incorrect address details

Muscle Mag is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to:

    •    Unclaimed parcels

The customer may be required to pay re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
