At Muscle Mag, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
    •    The item must be unused
    •    In its original condition
    •    In the original packaging
    •    With proof of purchase

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
    •    Is faulty or defective
    •    Is not as described
    •    Is not fit for its intended purpose
    •    Arrives damaged

If your item has a major fault, you may choose between:
    •    A full refund, or
    •    A replacement

For minor faults, we may offer:
    •    A repair, or
    •    A replacement

In these cases:
    •    We will cover return shipping costs
    •    A refund or replacement will be processed once the item is inspected

How to Request a Return

Include:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue
    •    Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
    •    Used or damaged items caused by misuse
    •    Items returned without original packaging (for change-of-mind returns)
    •    Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
    1.    Check your bank account again
    2.    Contact your payment provider
    3.    Contact your bank
